Shipping & Delivery

At aufleben, every piece is made to order, helping us reduce overproduction and waste. We offer free shipping to Switzerland, with an estimated delivery time of 8–14 business days, including production and shipping.

Swiss import VAT is handled in advance. In most cases, orders are delivered without additional charges. However, customs procedures and local requirements may vary. Delivery times may also be affected by postal disruptions, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Some remote locations may not be eligible for delivery; if we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Should any delivery issues arise, we'll always do our best to assist.
